HOW & WHAT WE DO
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Our design team is here to take the lead in crafting fully custom or custom blended design concepts for your hotel or commercial property. We leverage our past experience as a hotelier to provide designs that aren't just aethetically appealing, but also practical.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
During this phase, our designers can collaborate with you, allowing you to add your own personal touch and showcase what makes your hotel unique.
MODEL RENDERING
During this phase, a more visualized model of the approved designs are turned into a specialized 3D rendering to show our clients all the design aspects of the project, taking into account the existing conditions, including architectural details.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
A dedicated Project Manager will be your liaison between the various teams we work with to provide you with critical updates. We will work closely with your contractor and project lead to meet your deadlines and answer your questions and concerns.
LOGISTICS
We handle the export documentation, ocean freight, import documentation, as well as local delivery coordination.

As Project Director, Minnie Uppal bridges the gap between high-level design and complex global logistics. Transitioning from a career as a Systems Analyst and IT Project Manager, Minnie has redefined the sourcing process for the Canadian market.
She treats every project as a high-performance system. By focusing on rigorous material standards, transparent pricing, and streamlined sourcing. Minnie removes the friction typically found in the furnishing industry. Her expert-led approach ensures that every brand we partner with receives a "clean" path from concept to delivery.
