    One full-time position available for Business Operations Analyst in Sacramento, California. ​We are seeking candidates with a MS in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics and 3 yr. of verifiable experience, or a BS in these related fields and 5 yr. verifiable experience or any suitable combination of education, training or experience. ​ This position requires planning, coordinating, and execution of projects, develop user-friendly systems solutions to automate business processes, lead the development of data warehousing, date integrity and security, and develop a new inventory replenishment system. ​Work days and hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4pm with ½ hour for lunch.   • SALES MANAGER
    The Role The Sales Manager role will be an essential component to our As a Sales Representative on our team, you’ll be an integral part of the success of our business. Within this role, you will be working with clients to make their hotel renovation and/or new hotel dreams come true through sales. A1 Hospitality will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and mentorship that will set a foundation for your success. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients (via phone and email), as well as following up with previous clients to ensure A1 Hospitality is their first stop for their needs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their sales career while also having an immediate impact on the team you join. As the sales team is an integral part of our sales team, you will be expected to interact and then maintain client relationships, using your excellent communication skills. What You’ll Do: • Achieve maximum profitable sales on a monthly basis through outbound calling and solution based selling • Manage key customer relationships and participates in closing strategic opportunities • Provide project management expertise on the client facing components of the project • Act as the key point of contact for all account purchase needs • Continually upgrade product knowledge and acquire enhanced selling skills • Work collaboratively with other employees in vendor relations, merchandising, sales and marketing • Prioritize and target customers/prospects by potential for revenues, cost to sell, and probability of success • Create sales and marketing goals, and work towards them • Create and fosters a sales culture of accountability and performance • Coach and mentors sales team on sales process and methodology • Exceed customer expectations and contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction Who You Are: • Proven leader with past relevant experience in leading and managing a team • Experience with Microsoft Excel • You’re a people person, and an excellent communicator who has experience in outbound client communication • Thorough knowledge of a consultative or solutions based sales process, including knowledge in: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, objection handling and closing • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, customer acquisition, and retention • Ability to perform in a fast paced and changing environment • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure • Experience in developing and pivoting sales strategies based on circumstances
